Territory use:
The Industrial Zone of the Bench is designated as Zone Z22 (VL – Light Industry) in the valid Lavikal Territorial Plan, issued on 25 May 2016. The land use plan permits the use of areas for construction and equipment for production and storage, construction, repair, production and non-production services, crafts, commercial activities, agricultural production, transport and technical infrastructure, greenery, collective and hall garages, fuel stations,
The build-up coefficient is not set, the height of buildings is max. 12.5 m.
Infrastructure:
The locality will be connected by a service road designed for heavy freight transport from road no. III / 0027, which directly follows the road II / 602 resp. on the D1 motorway. A building permit has already been issued for part of the service road. HV power connection is directly on the land, the zoning permit is issued on the gas station from the High Pressure to Middle-Pressure (capacity 200 m3 / h) and the Zoning Permit for connection to the water supply lines. Rainwater disposal will be done through land retention on the watercourse, the sewage disposal will be through a small WWTP – prospectively, the connection to the sewerage lines planned to build the town of Velké Meziříčí in the period 2017-2020
